Paul A. Zucker, President of City Real Estate Incorporated, brings
significant real estate experience to each project undertaken.
Since 1986, companies either solely or partially owned by Mr.
Zucker have carried out a variety of real estate brokerage, development
and construction activities. Prior to entering business for himself,
Mr. Zucker was a vice-president at LaSalle Partners
(now Jones Lang
LaSalle)
where he spent
three and one half years completing assignments nationwide on
behalf of corporate clients. He also worked as a Senior Management
Consultant for Inland Steel Company for four years. Mr. Zucker
earned his MBA in marketing and finance from the University of
Chicago and his undergraduate degree in economics from Knox College.
Susan
Haerr Zucker, Vice President and General Counsel of City Real
Estate Incorporated, formerly served for eight years as a City
of Chicago attorney concentrating in the areas of land use and
zoning law. Ms. Zucker worked with various municipal departments
and personnel involved with zoning, building, planning and development.
She brings a practical as well as legal approach to the rezoning
and redevelopment process. Before joining the City of Chicago
Law Department in 1990, Ms. Zucker worked for eight years for
a private Chicago law firm. She earned her law degree from Washington
University in St. Louis and her undergraduate degree in economics
from Knox College.
